Culinary

The Culinary Arts Dual Credit Program allows students to graduate with a Level I Certificate during their senior year. Upon completion, students can apply for entry-level careers in food preparation and service. 

Important Culinary details:

1. Students earn a Level I certificate through Odessa College by concurrently completing college hours while completing their high school course requirements. To complete a Level 1 certificate, students will complete 24-27 culinary hours. 
2. Students may complete the Level 1 certificate only if accepted. 
3. Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors may apply.
